narelle

i love your blog. truly. i know that this is a boring question, but how much of the above (ie quantities) would you throw in with the cabbage? thank you!

Lucy

hi narelle - there are NO boring questions! for this recipe i'd use about 1/2 a small red cabbage, a 1/4 of a big one. thank you!!

narelle

hi lucy, thank you for your clarification... one more question... how much red wine vinegar and sugar would you suggest with that amount of cabbage? this is the bit i am most unsure about... thanks kindly

Lucy

i reckon a good big glug of vinegar, 2 tablespoons or so, and the same of soft brown sugar to begin, then taste along the way and see what you feel is missing. enjoy.

narelle

it was delish! thanks lucy
