Yellow tomatoes are always so disappointing. They look so good and then... none of that joyous tangy bursting in your mouth that makes tomatoes from the garden so wonderful.

I've been diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, and this means I spend an inordinate amount of time looking for recipes that I can easily adapt, and ending up on paleo sites. Lord. LORD. It is no good at all, it is exactly the opposite of how I want to eat, even when the ingredients are the same. Where is the joy, and the simple pleasures? All organised out of it, they are.
