You'll find I often make mention of An Honest Kitchen here at Nourish Me. So. What is An Honest Kitchen?
At the beginning of 2009, writer and nutritionist Kathryn Elliott and I began working on the idea of an eMagazine, one based on real cooking, made in our very real kitchens, using easy to find, healthful ingredients. What began as a series of emails turned into a project about real food that's good for you. Good food without the fuss. Not clever food, but the kind of food you might be coaxed into the kitchen to prepare at the end of a long, tiring day. Kathryn's nutrition background means that every recipe is nutritionally balanced but her food writing means that every recipe is delectable. Best combination I know.
