Pomegranate honey, via Katrina. Delicious, nutritious and medicinal. Can't ask for more than that, 'cos winter's arrived a week early.
Just popping in to let you know that An Honest Kitchen is having 15 minutes of fame over at the Emerging Writers Festival. Head over and see what else is happening, all of it online, naturally.
Look at you, getting all famous and whatnot! Congrats, woman. You deserve the attention!

Congrats :)
PS: I've got pom-honey brewing too. Have been having a couple of tsp in a glass of warm water as a medicinal drink. Very comforting and the beginnings of a sore throat have gone too.

I'll echo the previous 3 comments & add I hope it's the beginning of many 15 minutes of hard-earned, well-deserved fame.

Just popped some in the cupboard, made with some raw unfiltered honey that Owy gathered from a friend's hive at the cost of a horrible bee sting to his lip.
That would have to make it sweeter, right?
