Oh, these are lovely. How do they taste? I've just rediscovered an old cookbook of mine, Clean Food by
Terry Walters, that's mostly vegan and divided into seasonal recipes- which I love. She has several recipes that call for the watermelon radishes, so thank you for the little nudge (albeit unintentional) to try something new.
